In this 3-session course you will think about:
What being assertive means (and doesn't mean!)
What stops you being assertive in certain situations.
What strategies and techniques you can use.
The sessions will focus on your individual needs and you will be able to practise using the techniques in an informal and supportive environment. Written handouts will be available to re-inforce what you have learnt.
